Well here is my Mojo and CDT together. Better late than never. 😀

I love the colors chosen by the throw down this week. Again, nice choices by Broni. Her blog is Splashes of Watercolor. Thanks Broni! I had some acrylic sheets I had cut for an album I made for my son last year. So, I thought I would throw that on (it’s the white wavy clear looking background). The background behind the wavy one in the larger square (green) was done with alcohol inks a couple of years ago. I’ve been wanting to use some of the sheets I did. I believe it was the “Lettuce” color I used from the Adirondak inks (Tim Holz line).  It produces a nice marbled effect depending on how much alcohol ink and blending solution you use together. I did a number of sheets using this method and various ink colors. All you do is place the ink of your choice on your stamping square/tool and stamp with that first. Then add a little blending solution to your stamping square of cotton, and watch the pattern appear. It’s really fun. Try it some time if you haven’t already. I didn’t have to take the back off to expose the adhesive on the laminated sheet. Instead I just used my snail. I do love the little jewels on the Lavender Lace ring around the butterfly. Especially, the way it captures the light. So I just had to show you how pretty it really was. 🙂 The ribbon is two different kinds tied together. The buzz is below. TFL.  🙂

Warm hugs,  Saz
